📋 About This Mod
This mod add\'s the Isle of Gonshire to Oblivion, you can reach there by setting sail on a ship in Anvil Harbour, this is my first mod so constructive criticism and advice would be appreciated.

- This mod adds the Isle of Gonshire to Oblivion, which can be reached by setting sail at Anvil Harbour, this Island adds over five shops, two villages, a house that the player can buy, a castle, two new guilds, over five quests, a necromancers dungeon, a mythic enemy dungeon, a gypsy camp and beautifully crafted scenery.
- Included is the Gathering Hall, inspired by Monster Hunter Freedom, players take out contracts and perform them for rewards.
- Feel free to edit any part of this mod for your own personal use, but give me credit if you re upload anywhere.
- Inside your player house, Rune Manor you will find a Spellcrafting and Enchanting Altar, an Alchemy Garden with all plants and flora, both Shivering Isles and Vanilla, it also includes a Ayleid companion called Lja, rooms for your companion, a master bedroom for yourself, a sitting area and a full set of Perfect Madness & Amber armour.
- Underneath the Manor there is an age old Ayleid Stronghold, which when found can be teleported to from the Jerall Mountains.
- This Mod also adds a Hunters Guild and Azmortar Cult,and two new races, the Shvrk and the Transentient Goblin, and fitting lore for both of them.
- I will only post the file when I have completed everything for it, don\'t be too harsh as this is my first mod, and constructive criticism and advice and scripting techniques would be appreciated.
