Deleted the black horse, and gave the other ones owners. NOTE: You can still steal one of the horses on the island for transportation, BUT note that the horse you´re using in Tamriel will return to the place were you bought it. (at least that happened to my horse) You shouldn´t get the \"Your horse is stabled outside the city gate\" whenever you travel anymore though. Deleted a cheatbag of gold Added guards to the castle . The count and countess now eats, sleeps etc. Updated the harbor, Harald´s House.

✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Solid community backing with 218 endorsements and over 12,800 downloads.
- Packed with content: 40+ NPCs, 25+ buildings, and multiple caves give you plenty to explore.
- Adds a new island city with player housing and shops, making it a substantial new lands addition.
⚠️ Cons
- Last updated in 2008, so it may have compatibility issues with modern Oblivion setups or mods.
- The description is cut off, so you won't know all the details until you try it.
- No mention of compatibility with other overhaul mods, so you might run into conflicts.
For Oblivion players who want a fresh, compact new land to explore without a massive install. If you enjoy discovering new cities with shops, housing, and a bit of dungeon crawling, this is a good pick. Skip if you're looking for a huge, quest-heavy expansion—this seems more about atmosphere and exploration.
💡 Beginner Tips
- Make sure to check the Anvil docks for the ship that will take you to Bjornheim.
- Since the mod is from 2008, consider using a mod manager to keep track of files and avoid overwriting.
- If you use other city overhauls, test for conflicts by fast-traveling to Anvil early.
