Soul Siphon - Soul Transferring Device

• This mod adss a Soul Siphon to the Arcane University Arch Mage's Lobby(can be used regardless of Guild membership).  This device can transfer souls that are
• too small for a gem into another one.  For example, if you have a Grand Soul Gem, and accidentally fill it with say a petty soul, simply obtain an empty smaller
• Soul Gem, place the accidentally filled gem, and the empty gem into the Siphon, push the button, and presto!
• When you open the Siphon you will see that the Petty Soul has gone into the other gem, leaving your Grand Soul Gem ready to use again.
• This doesn't only work for Grand Gems!  You can transfer souls from all standard types of gems (Except Black Soul Gems, still figuring that out)
• Here is a chart of what will and won't work:

Empty Gem:      Compatible Souls: Grand Gems ->   Greater, Common, Lesser, Petty Greater Gems -> Common, Lesser, Petty Common Gems ->  Lesser, Petty Lesser ->       Petty

Petty is not listed, because once a Gem is filled with the appropriate soul (Grand on Grand, etc.) the Siphon will not take it back out. However, if you were to siphon a Common soul from a Grand gem to a Greater Gem, the Common Soul can be siphoned again to a Common Soul Gem, but cannot be siphoned back into a Grand Gem. THE SIPHON CAN ONLY TRANSFER ONE SOUL AT A TIME!!!!! Let me know what you think!  Feel free to comment/kudos/endorse
