Soul Crystal sigil stones

JSSoulCrystals by Tungol Origin Date 8/16/08 Revision 01 9/16/08 Adds soul crystals to boss loot. These can be used for enchanting, as sigil stones, and continue to appear in loot after the main quest is complete. They appear in LL1LootSoulGems100, -25, & -10. They are most likely to appear with conjurers and necromancers in Ayleid ruins, but may show up with any type of enemy. JSSoulCrystals_01 also adds tomes (scrolls) for sale at Red Diamond Jewelry in the IC Market. Their base costs are 450, 900, 2400, 3600, & 4800. When used, these tomes will add a soul crystal of the corresponding power to your inventory. The enchantments in soul crystals are designed so you won\'t be left feeling like you got a granola bar at Halloween. They are meant to compare well against a raw damage enchantment for that level, and the self/strike effects are not designed for the same fighting style (so you won\'t have a fighter wondering what he\'s supposed to do with a stone that absorbs magicka or boosts his conjuration skill). Note: unfortunately, I first placed them in all the LL0LootSoulGemsFilled leveled lists. I\'ve changed them back, but this mod marks those as changed. Sorry, but I really don\'t feel like entering all 280 soul crystals into a fresh mod just to clean that up. If you\'re having a problem, just change your load order. JSSoulCrystals_01: I had to edit the vendor to get him to sell books, so there might be a conflict with other mods that use this store. If so or if not, please let me know.
