I created it, because of the reason that I did not see a similiar plugin on Nexus. What it does is add the Nirn Heaven Stones that was not featured in-game directly, but the Stone Power and script existed. You may find great power, or painful death. - not true. ====================================================================================== MOD INSTALLATION ================ REQUIREMENTS: The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Patch number 1. 2. 416 (if I remember correctly) A keyboard and a mouse COMPATIBILITY: Compatible with all other plugins except those that modify the area near Mouth of the Panther. That means it will be most likely incompatible with Panther River Unique Landscapes mod. Inside the . RAR file, you will find only two files, the ReadMe and the plug-in. Drag the consistment of the file (minus the ReadMe), into your .../Oblivion/Data folder. Make sure you dropped the .esp into the appropriate folder. Launch up Oblivion Launcher, and click \"Data Files\" tab. You will find list of all your plug-ins here. Search for HeavenStoneNirn.esp and you will see a empty white box on its left side. Double-Click it and You will notice it has been tagged with a \'x\'. Close the tab, and you are all ready to go. ====================================================================================== MOD GAME-PLAY ============= The Heaven Stone will work only if its night, and you have renown (sum of Fame and Infamy) 100 or more.
