New Sheoth Manor v1. 0 by StapleNinja and CrackerJackD ----------------------------------- Installation: Extract the plugin to Oblivion/Data, then activate it under \"Data Files\" Requirements: Shivering Isles Book Jackets (Recommended but not mandatory) This mod adds a large Cyrodiilic estate just outside New Sheoth designed as a getaway from Tamriel. The house has 3 zones: New Sheoth Manor - Main floor, has dining area, bar and sitting area Private Quarters - Has bedroom, library, and display room. Servant\'s cottage - this is outside the main manor, where Ratrick and Engnar sleep. In addition, there are many features outside, including a pond for swimming, a back porch with a training and sitting area, and a pagoda on the water to sit and enjoy the view. There is a long stone walkway over the lake, off the road into Bliss, there is also a map marker that is immediately visible for easy travel. The house has 3 NPCs, a bartender named Ratrick, a servant; Engnar and a dog named Sheo who like to wander the house. To get the house you only need to find the key. It is hidden nearby. If you want the exact location, check the end of the Readme. All containers are safe, EXCEPT the servants quarters. PLEASE comment, rate and leave kudos.
