This is the second Illumination Lights mod for the Shivering Isles. It contains many lights and lightning effects for Bliss. Lights for Crucible must be downloaded separately. See the images! I have tried to make the lightning effects as good as the ones for Crucible. In case of any questions or else please leave a comment.
