Location ======== Sancre Tor, same room you get the Armor of Tiber Septim. It is on the wall above your head when you look at the Armor of Tiber Septim, on its pedestal. Description =========== I always liked getting Valdemars Shield, when doing the Main Quest, but even at level 19+ it only reflects damage 10%. At those levels you can potentially have some pretty heavy duty battles coming up, so I made this Shield as a help for that. The Necklace of Swords is a very handy item to find in random loot, well when you get this Shield you get the same enchantment, but on this Shield. Which is this: Reflect Damage 33%, Fortify Blade 25pts, quite handy to have in what you have coming, and you dont have to give it away. Changes In This Version ===================== Makes Warden Kastav a much more powerful foe, and adds an enchanted Ebony Warhammer, as his weapon. Install ======= 1. Copy files to (install folder)\\Oblivion\\Data\\ 2. Start Oblivion Launcher, click \'Data Files\', place a checkmark beside the .esp file(s). Uninstall ========= 1. Start Oblivion Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the .esp file(s). 2. Delete Shield Of Tiber Septim.esp Incompatibility =============== None that I know of, uses stock mesh and textures, and a custom enchantment. Known Issues or Bugs ==================== None that I know of. I do have COBL ver 1. 52 installed and all DLCs and expansions installed, that should not be a problem though.
