• What does this mod do?
• -----------------------

This mod allows you to use any training implement (chain doll, hanging wooden target, hay bail target) anywhere in the original Oblivion game or placed by any mod. This is a modified version of Kyrielle's "Setsuna Dummy Training" mod which I like much for its universal character. However there were a few things that I wanted to change and this mod is the result.

• Modifications:
• -----------------------

• allows to train destruction skill
• allows to select the training target by facing it
• removed all glow effects except the initial target acquisition glow which is necessary so you know that you have successfully acquired your target
• added an ini file to allow the player to adjust the most important parameters easily
• modified skill experience calculation to use the internal Oblivion skill XP slices which could be modified by other mods
• removed training bonus for moving in front of the target. It somehow made not much sense to me that I get better with my blade if I just hop around in front of a target.
• removed different bonus calculations for different skill levels of melee skills.
• lowered the angles to the target that are required for a successful hit

Melee (blade, blunt, hand to hand):

• Chaindolls (the hanging dummies)
• Hanging wooden targets (wooden panels with red bull's eyes painted in the center)

Archery/Marksman (bow):

• Hay bail targets (hay bails on stands with red bull's eyes painted in the center)
• Hanging wooden targets (wooden panels with red bull's eyes painted in the center)

Destruction Skill:

• Chaindolls (the hanging dummies)
• Hanging wooden targets (wooden panels with red bull's eyes painted in the center)

• How do you train?
• -----------------------

Training is very simple. In fact, it's as simple as drawing your weapon, looking for the glowing training dummy, and whacking it or casting at it!

But there are a number of finer points you will want to know.

- If the training dummy glows white - you have acquired this object as your training target for the training mode (melee, archery or destruction) you are in (defined by the weapon you have equipped)
