Name: Safe Deposit Version: 1. 0 Date: 10/17/2012 11:18:03 PM Author(s): DocRob E-mail: rragona@comcast.net Description ======== This mod adds Safe Deposit, a secure chest hidden away in a pocket dimension accessible only to the player via spell. In addition to the chest the player also receives a second spell that will sweep all items from unlocked containers/bodies into this chest; further, you get your own personal merchant, Jolene, who will buy anything you want to sell her--but that\'s not all! Jolene can also fix your armor/weapons, recharge your items and even teach you Mercantile skill. (Afraid she\'s not much for conversation, though.) The spells are obtained by talking to Cavel Donlen, a down-on-his-luck Healer who wanders the Chapel of Arkay in Cheydinhal (you\'ll get a message about him first time you enter the city). He\'ll give you two options: buy the spells from him for 250 gold, or face down his twin brother, a Necromancer named Avel, and get back a stolen family urn (or optionally just steal back the urn.) The latter choice can be easy or difficult, depending on level, but has the added bonus of offering a free player home (Avel\'s cabin) complete with some sweet alchemy apparatus. Just hope the rotting head on the mantle doesn\'t creep you out too much... Using the spells: Empty Container can be cast on any unlocked container or body and it will sweep any and all items into the Safe Deposit chest. The spell will also work on living subjects--but its considered an attack, so be careful who you use it on. Visit Safe Deposit takes you both to and from the pocket dimension; simply cast it once to go there and a second time to return to the place you just left. Installation Instructions ================= Simply unpack the 7z file and drop Safe Deposit.esp into your Oblivion/Data directory and enable it. OMOD version: Double-click the Safe Desposit OMOD icon to launch OBMM. Uninstallation Instructions =================== Delete Safe Deposit.esp from your Oblivion/Data directory. Incompatability =========== None currently known. However if a mod drastically alters the layout of the interior of the Chapel of Arkay in Cheydinhal or alters the wilderness around Cheydinhal, the quest may not work. Known Issues =========== Not really an issue; the Visit Safe Deposit spell takes a second or two to fully activate (scripted that way). Just wanted to let folks know there is a slight lag there.
