Rohssan Overhaul

My most used vendor would be Rohssan in \'A Fighting Chance\' so I\'ve decided to add as much services, etc. to her. This was originally just for myself but I decided to upload it in case anyone else wanted something like it, even though it\'s simple to do. Bonuses include: - Over 60,000 gold. - Provides Recharging. - Provides Repairing. (Already in Vanilla Oblivion.) - Buys and Sells ALL types of goods. - Now provides master armorer training. - Marked as essential. - 0 aggresion, 100 confidence and 0 responsibility so you can hack away at her without any reprucussions. (Other than disposition drop.) - Respawns. (Which is pointless because she\'s essential but anyway. - 1000 Health so won\'t go unconcious as easy. - Comes with her own armour and weapons. I would love constructive criticism but please, if it\'s not what your into, just don\'t download it. Feel free to use it in any mods but please notify me. (I don\'t see why you would need to use it anyway..)
