Description
Fixes the road that goes through the Kvatch Devastation area. Gets rid of land tears and adds proper pathing.
If you use the RoC road record, NPCs might go slightly offroad at this section.
Compatible with my other patches for Kvatch Devastation: Gottshaw Village and Open Cities Kvatch.
Can be merged into a Bashed Patch.
