Relevel the Fingers Of The Mountain

This mod changes the stone in Fingers of The Mountain so that even after the quest for the spell is complete, you can go back to it and change the level of spell you got at a later date.  It will still require that you have a Welkynd stone in your inventory to work.  I made this because first time I played, I did this quest waaay too early, and got the worst one, and as you'd expect was extremely unhappy with it. The way the script now works is when you cast the shock spell on the stone, the game will give you the version that coincides with what level range you are (specified by game, I did not change that) if you are re-leveling the spell after the first time the game will give you the updated version, and take away the other.  It can be done indefinitely (provided you can take the lightning blast - it still does that) To make the mod work, simply activate the mod in your data folder, and that is it.  The way I wrote the script modification allows it to function automatically.  You can activate it before or after the quest - it does not matter nor does it intefere with the quest in any way.  I tested it, and I have found that it even works if you lower your level.  So if you don't like the higher one, just change your level to match the version that you want, and cast some lightning at it.  The stone will do the rest. This mod will not work with any other mod that changes the Fingers of The mountain Quest!  Any mods that change the vanilla spells themselves should be fine, though.
