I noticed the LOD for the prison and mage college looked like the vanilla LOD's rather than the ones matching the Imperial City Retexture when using RAEVWD, not sure if this applies to everyone but if you use these mods and noticed a difference then try this patch.
Installation:
Install after Imperial City Retexture and RAEVWD, allow your mod manager to overwrite everything. Re-run TES4LODGen.
