Proper Jaysus Blades VOL 1 FIX

Description

I know there were a lot of problems with people CTDing at Fisherman's Rock when having JAYSUS Blades in their load order.  I also know there was another fix almost 9 years ago.  That fix just removed the items from Fisherman's Rock and added to a chest in front of Imperial Sewers.  That seemed just to easy to get.  I made changes to the file to spawn on the witch in the fire and not on the ground.  This also includes the rest of Jaysus' fixes, that I dont believe I saw in the other fix.

Installation

Install Jaysus Main File V10, do not download the hotfix which is broken.  Either Hide or delete the esp.  Install this

Update

For Ultimate Level :

1. 4 Removed Flame script from Hell and Heaven's Blades to prevent it from repairing and recharging after sheathing and unsheathing these weapons.  If you already have either you need to save with it unsheathed first then update.  If you dont you wont have the flames. (Flame stays on at all time now since switching from flame on to flame off caused this issue)

1. 3 Added compatibility file for Ultimate Leveling, removes Fortify Attributes (ie: Strength, etc) but kept fortify health, magika and stamina.  This fixes the negative and extra points you get from these in Ultimate Leveling
