Requirements: -Shivering Isles Expansion -Shivering Isles Patch V1. 2. 0416 -COBL Version 1. 28 or later This home part of a series called COBLize Your Home. I tried to keep changes to the original mods minimal while creating compatibility with hunger/thirst mods (Dinner Plates, Water Barrels, etc) and giving increased funtionality (Luggage, Alchemy Sorter, etc.) COBL features in this mod: An Alchemy Sorter, a Grinder, a Mage Alter, The Luggage, some Dinner Plates, a Water Barrel, and some new food and drink items. Notes on COBL features: -Mage Alters will not appear until the PC has gained access to the Arcane University. -Need COBL Glue active for The Luggage to work. The Luggage will not appear in the home until you have \"found\" him for the first time (check the Anvil docks.) -Need a COBL based hunger mod active for Dinner Plate to work. Hunger mod not required to use home. Dinner Plate takes food from Food Cupboard, which does not respawn. Once the Food Cupboard is empty you will have to restock it yourself. -Need a COBL based thirst mod for Water Barrels to work. Location: It\'s a fully-furnished apartment in Talos Plaza called \'The Rookery\', quite near the entrance when you fast-travel but behind the central circle. You\'ll recognise it easily due to its crumbling, overgrown appearance. Description: Morrowind players may remember Wolverine Hall Apartment, in which Tyermaillin\'s cousin Altehr asked you to look after his flat whilst he went off on an extended business trip. The good news is that he was so impressed that he\'s letting you loose in his Imperial City property. Special features: The Rookery is quite a small apartment, being the rear duplex of a much larger house. It\'s only one room but it\'s still pretty spacious, with two sleeping areas (bed-space for 3), a kitchen, a bathroom, and nooks and crannies for the usual hobbies such as combat and alchemy. The central area has separate dining and relaxing areas. Anyway, it\'s free and it\'s yours - but don\'t break anything or Altehr will be cross.
