📋 About This Mod

Player Data Transfer – Cross-Save Sync

This mod allows you to transfer a player character’s stats, spells, and inventory to another character.

You can also carry over items stored in linked containers.

Sick of grinding back your levels and gear every new game? Want to keep your character’s growth without carrying over quest progress?

This mod has you covered.

Requirements:

 OBSE (xOBSE)

Conscribe

Installation:

This mod includes two ESP plugin files. Use one of them depending on your setup.

In general, use Player Data Transfer.esp.

If you're using Ultimate Leveling, use Player Data Transfer - UL.esp instead.

After installing the mod, an item called will be added to your inventory.

Using this item opens the mod’s menu.

  • []Record Data

Saves your stats, spells, inventory, and the contents of any registered containers to an external file. You can store up to 3 save slots.[]Inherit Data

Transfers the recorded stats, spells, inventory, and container items to the current character.[]Shared Chest

Opens a shared chest. Items placed in this chest will be included in both the recording and inheritance processes, in addition to your inventory.[]Linked Containers

Allows you to link containers such as those found in player homes. Items inside linked containers are handled the same as those in the Shared Chest and will be recorded and inherited.[]Inheritance Settings

Allows you to choose whether to restore only gold or to restore stats when inheriting.

  • []Inheritance means items recorded will be placed into a container in the same quantities as they were during recording. If item counts differ, they will be adjusted to match the recorded count. Items not recorded will remain untouched — inheritance doesn’t delete unrecorded items.

[]If you lose the menu item, edit `Player Data Transfer.ini` and set "zzzPDT. Ini_RetriveMenuToken = 1" to reacquire it.

[]If you want to carry over your character’s face, use Wrye Bash's Face Import instead.

[]Saved data is stored as a log file under:

    Data\ConScribe Logs\Per-Mod\Player Data Transfer~.log

If you run out of save slots, you can back up the files manually.

What cannot be transferred:

[]Abilities (not spells or powers)

[]Quest items or non-playable items

[]Dynamically generated reference (e.g. self-enchanted gear, custom potions, custom spells — refs with FormIDs starting wit
