Pells Gate Fix up

======================================== Description: ======================================== Playing the game I always felt that Pells Gate wasn\'t really anything, just a village with nothing to do or a use to the player. So I wanted to make it better and feel like its a village, not just a ghost village that no one cares about and just leaves like I did. here is my mod to make the village more alive and when you go by the village you want to stop by and stay for a bit, or come and go during your adventures. - - -V1. 1 - - - - Fixed cell grids - Fixed some rocks that where underground. - Fixed and added more misc in the houses. - - -V1. 0 - - - - Added lights around the village. - Aadd few guards for some protection. - Add a farm , with house and farmer. - Added a Merchant to sell your items. - More / better Decor.
