Pay fine without processing

This is a script edit for the Crime quest that will allow you to pay your fine on the spot without being processed. Works great for when you accidently pick up something or "bumped" into someone wrong. You no longer have to dread being forced to a load screen anymore.

Compatability: This makes light edits to the Crime quest on the "Pay Fine" topic and quest script.

Install: To data folder or using a mod manager.

Known issues:

-Committing another crime in the same cell after paying a fine will make guards not force greet until you leave the cell.

-If you pay a fine and kill someone in the same cell, the bounty will not update correctly and you will pay for assault instead.

-Multiple guards may force greet the crime dialogue in enclosed spaces with the player. Pay the first bounty then resist arrest.

All issues are fixed when moving between cells.

Those should be fixed in the actual PayFine function from the engine

Hope you enjoy this, especially thieves now you can drop everything in front of the dumb guards, pay your fine and pick everything back up when the guard turns his back.
