Patch Weapon Speed

This patch mod mass-edits the weapons from your modlist to have more or less weaponspeed and weapondmg according to your preferences.

With many mods installed, a tool to mass-edit weapon speeds is useful. Here it is.

The patcher asks for your desired multipliers for weapon speed and weapon damage.

Prerequisites: TES4Edit        http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/11536/?

Install: 1) Drag PatchWeaponSpeed_v3.pas onto TES4Edit.exe. 2) Load your new patch file after any files that it used (including Bashed Patch, if you have one.) -Repeat this process after uninstalling a mod or changing load order.

ChangeLog  v3 Patcher sorts its own master list. Allows weapon damage to be edited as well.

FAQ: Q: Does this mod conflict with any other mod? A: It is not possible to conflict with a mod unless installation procedure is not followed.

Q: Where do I put the PatchWeaponSpeed_v3.pas file after I've created a patch with it? A: After you've created your patch file, you can throw PatchWeaponSpeed_v3.pas in the trash if you wanted to. However, if you uninstall a mod or change load order, you'll need to download it again to re-install.

Q: I seem to be drawing my weapon a little slower.. why is that? A: How fast you draw your weapon is dependant on the weapon speed. It's a side-effect.
