A Pair of Stealth boots that has constant effect Chameleon at 15 Magnitude ONLY WHILE IN CROUCH MODE!
A Pair of Awesome Stealth Boots grant the user Constant Effect Fortify Sneak skill +10. The Boots also give the user Constant Effect Chameleon but only while your crouched. as soon as you stand up the same boots are still equipped with the +10 bonus, but you still no longer have the Chameleon effect.
