Uses in-game flour, so can be used for all flour needs.

Uses in-game Beer and Cheap Wine as well, so any added effects by other mods should appear.

I'm an alchemist, and I grow strawberries to mix with flour thanks to the gardening mod. But I needed flour, and buying it got old.

Necessity is the mother of invention.

I've listed Complete Gardening at Oblivion Nexus - mods and community (nexusmods.com) as a requirement. It's really not, but for maximum benefit, I recommend it.
