Special Ability and Bad Status is a sweet sweet Japanese combat mod that adds cool moves. I was first introduced to this mod one day while watching some of Chakaru's youtube videos. I just had to get it.
I got it! Then to my disappointment I learned that my oblivion can't display Japanese kanji and I have no skill at reading gobbly gook. Then my character would randomly die while performing certain moves, but I had no idea why. So, I decided to refresh my Japanese and, with the help of Google, translated the mod, the ini file, and the readme.
I was happy to discover that the author gave permission to modify his/her work and upload it freely. So here is the result. Enjoy!

2. REQUIREMENTS

You know the drill but just in case, place the data folder in your oblivion folder. Then open your favorite mod manager and check "SpecialAbilityAndBadStatus.esp"
The spells are obtained through scrolls which are found in a chest in the testing hall.
