*EDIT: In my recent Oblivion modding extravaganza I noticed the same conflict with the Knights official esp so I added it here for you to use if you feel the need.
(VERY) Small fix to keep the DLC's AI packages and the visual revamp of OCO v2.
Very easy TES4Edit fix but since some people don't know how I decided to upload it.
Load order example:
DLCHorseArmor.esp DLCHorseArmor - Unofficial Patch.esp (optional) - Other mods - Oblivion_Character_Overhaul.esp Bashed Patch, 0.esp (If you use one) DLCHorseArmor OCOv2 patch.esp
