Butler Companion
Norbert loves to clean. Especially your house.
For a price of course.
A voiced companion (Intended as a butler or steward)
When put in a house or manor he will be able to repair and enchant your items.
Also he has a barter menu with 800 gold.
He will sweep the floors of your house unless he's eating or sleeping.
Where to find him
He works in Leyawiin at the "Three Sisters Inn".
He will be able to be bought for a price of 3000 gold

He is a bad fighter but is flagged as "essential" so don't worry.
