No Enemy Health Bar

This was made at the request of jamesrh of the TES Source forums. But I\'m sure some purists out there would find it nice. Even though I\'m not one of those people, durring testing, I kinda liked it, keeps you guessing when something will just die already. This is not so much a mod as a change to the User Interface. It replaces the graphics used to display enemy health with blank ones. This causes the hud element to disappear. To restore the standard healthbar, just remove the image files from the directory. This file is intended to be shared only at http://www.tessource.net/, if you found it somewhere else, they probably uploaded it without my permission. Since this is only images, it should be fully compatable with most UI changes except those that change the enemy health bar graphic (for obvious reasons).
