A new emblem to give necromancers the feel of a gang of psycho lunatics. Enjoy the frankenstein's monster of my experimenting mistakes and guesswork.
Best to use a mod manager like wrye bash or mod organizer. Assumes you use the unofficial oblivion patch. If you don't have it, it still works. Uop pulls the male necromancer robe textures from textures/clothes/uoprobes while vanilla just gets it from textures/clothing/robenecromancer. Female version shares from that vanilla folder. Credits to pngtree and pngimg.com for providing the design elements for me to assemble with photoshop. Default and 2048 x 2048 resolution.

Compatibility with Really Textured Normal Maps for Vanilla - Load Neat-o Necro textures after / lower
