Activate all of the following mods that show up in the game's Data Files menu before playing OTHERWISE THIS MOD MAY NOT WORK.

Install J17's OCO and Hair Conversions:

Install Working Eyelashes:

Save 12192 goes into My Documents\My Games\Oblivion\Saves.

It places you in the Imperial Prison at the start of the game with much money and a grey robe as well as a couple of cool enchanted swords

Install Custom race fix to enable Amidala to leave the Imperial Prison:

Drag my included Data folder inside the Oblivion folder, which should be found here:

C:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion

Click "yes" or "OK" if prompted to all questions so contents will be placed inside your origional data folder.

DON'T rush into the game; First click on your Oblivion icon to start the game. You will first be met with the menu listing "Play", "Data Files", Options, etc.

Click on "Data Files" and activate all installed ESP files.

Missing this activation step will cause the mod not to work.
