A rustic manor hidden away in the lush trees next to Pells Gate. (which is south of the IC)
Made completely from scratch this player home offers comfort and relaxation. A warm fireplace in the living room eluminates a small library of books and spells. while upstairs a table laden with ingredients awaits a skilled alchemist. A small garden wraps the front of the house, while a green yard sits in the back with a picnic table ready for parties and a beautiful waterfall for a senic view. (This Home only uses the meshes and textures of Oblivion and some of SI, so some errors may occur if SI is not installed) LOCATION Mosswood Manor is located directly south of the IC and right next to Pells Pass! INstallation Very simple installation... Use winrar or zZip to open downloaded file. Copy and Paste COOLhouse.eps to Oblivions Data folder. Activate in Data Files Launch game and enjoy :) (comments/critizism appreciated)
