Enables simple, real-time adjustment of your character's movement speed using configurable keys, while respecting your natural Speed and Athletics progression.
Modular Speed Control is an Oblivion OBSE plugin that lets you adjust walking and running speeds in real time using a modifier key (default Z) and the mouse wheel. It stores separate walk/run values and is INI configurable, offering fine-grained control for players who want different speeds for different situations.
