Structural and cosmetic improvements include higher 1029x1029 resolution.  Working Eyelashes were added in this version.

Instructions:

You must have both the basic CM Partners ESP and CM Partners ESM files.

Install Working Eyelashes:

Install J17's OCO and Hair Conversions:

Drag my included Data folder inside the Oblivion folder, which is found here:

C:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion

Click "yes" or "OK" if prompted to all questions so contents will be placed inside your origional data folder.

DON'T rush into the game; First click on your Oblivion icon to start the game. You will first be met with the menu listing "Play", "Data Files", Options, etc.

Click on "Data Files" and activate the MeganCM ESP file(s).

Also activate the  J17's OCO and Hair Conversions

Missing this activation step will cause the mod not to work.
