Ulkanen is a 5 cell Ayleid ruin northwest of the Imperial City and is home to a bunch of conjurers. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The MEER Series MEER (Mephaniel's Empty Exteriors Reimagined) is planned to be a series of 6 or 7 mods that reimagine what is believed to be scrapped content from Oblivion. After looking through the Construction Set, there were 7 named exteriors with no real content associated. The aim of MEER is to reimagine what could have been in these cells.
