Compatibility and requirements
No files will be replaced by installing this addon. It however requires OBSE (version 21 or higher) and MenuQue (version 16b or higher) to function properly.
This mod does not alter any game data (leveled lists, creatures, etc.) directly, but only makes changes through OBSE scripts. Because of this it should be fully compatible with most mods. Load order is not important.
What's new?
In this update (v5. 0) MOO now by default uses a dynamic level scaling system. This means that game content (npcs, creatures, loot, locks, merchant items, etc.) is no longer affected by the player character's level. Instead difficulty is based on the distance to a city, which in turn is based on the strength of the Imperial Legion. A new tax system has been added, where the Empire is able to collect taxes from the cities in Cyrodiil, to pay for the upkeep and training of the Imperial Legion.
Another big part of this update is the addition of an extensive werewolf system. This includes the ability for the player character to become a werewolf (there are 5 types), a totem system (much like the gems in Path of Exile), Bloodmoon events, werewolf hunters, companion werewolves, etc.
This update also includes a number of smaller additions, like corrupted items, new backpack meshes/textures and the ability for the player character to turn into a bat when being a vampire. Have a look at the changelog below for a full list of changes.
