It is tasteful art not hardcore porn however. Consider it Not Safe For Work Ever felt the vanilla homes lacked room and grandness? If so this mod might appeal to you! In the Imperial City Market District you will find a mansion complete with a private courtyard area along with a wife ( not much dialogue but she\'s part of the decor lol ) with a little dialogue. I always felt the champion of Cyradil deserved something better than a piddy Waterfront Shack in the rough low class area of the city and so built this mansion where my characters could feel at home lounging about in it and having room to store a zillion items without fear of losing it. Rooms included are The Library, bathroom, master bedroom and ensuite, 3 guest bedrooms with a twin bed in each, Music room, Study, wine celler, grand hall and well the enterance reception room. Location: In the Market District beside a Guard Tower Install ======= 1. Extract the files to a temporary location. 2. Examine the folder structure and make corrections where necessary. 3. Copy files to (install folder)\\Oblivion\\Data\\ 4. Start Oblivion Launcher, click \'Data Files\', place a checkmark beside the .esp file(s). Uninstall ========= 1. Start Oblivion Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the .esp file(s). 2. Delete the files/folders associated with the mod. Incompatibility =============== This mod has the potential to conflict with any mod that alters the Imperial City Market District Known Issues or Bugs ==================== My lighting inside isn\'t the best and it could be considered a cheat mod as for realism I did place some leveled lists inside the non respawning containers - things I felt apopriate for the container and type of household.
