All these wallpapers are transfered into dds format, and are all tested under 1080p 16:9.
You are able to preview the dds files through Windows Media Player under Windows 10.

2. Replace "loading_background.dds" under textures\menus\Loading with the one you like.
3. Press the file into winrar/winzip format and install with OBMM.
