Luther BroadsBoarding House Room

A Room in Luther Broad\'s Boarding House By Nemo of Calh My character is not from Tamriel and doesn\'t plan on staying in Tamriel. For this reason, I did not like the idea of buying a house to live in permanently. Even the idea of a cheap temporary house like the Imperial City house did not appear to me; my character is a rich mercenary. He wouldn\'t be caught dead in a dump like that. When doing the main quest line, I had to enter Luther Broad\'s boarding house. I kind of liked the downstairs. Then it hit me: this is a boarding house. The definition of a boarding house is \"a house where people live and take meals as paying guests.\" Living in a fine establishment such as Luther Broad\'s would be perfect for my character; high-end but temporary, and in a central location. This mod adds another room to the upstairs area of Luther Broad\'s. It\'s is a nice, simple abode. It\'s free and player owned. The following is included: -Bed -Chest (non-respawning) -Drawers (non-respawning) -Executive desk (non-respawning) -Training Equipment (archery target, practice dummy) -Weapon racks with a few weapons -Bookshelves with reading area -Some trophies -And a secret escape hatch in case your enemies finally catch up to you (leads to an alley in the Elven Gardens district). This includes a lot of books, some of which are rare. Also there is a silver bow and a silver short sword. These could be considered cheats. If there are enough complaints I will remove them. That wall will look kind of bland though.... Also, to fit more with the \"boarding house\" theme, I changed it so that nobody owns the downstairs area. That means that you can eat or drink anything you want down there (unlimited free food could also be considered a cheat).
