This infernal gaudy frippery never ends, does it?

Before we get down to business, let's get the practical nasties over and done with:

Firstly, this mod is not about realism. It's about colour, floral humbuggery, and insanity. If you like things bland, I suggest you use Vanilla.

Secondly, much like v1. 2, with v1. 3 three out of the four esp files that come with the mod are mandatory for it to work correctly and TES4LODGen by ElminsterAU is still a MUST HAVE. If you're not prepared to use the esp files and the LODGen, I suggest you scarper at this point. More than ever, this mod is reliant on the esp files to do everything lush and gaudy and convoluted that it is supposed to.

As usual, all the standard L&G humbuggery is here. Tiling grass, long grass, shrubs, crops, flowers and trees. All the regions have been overhauled.

The average resolution of the textures is 2048x2048. The smaller harvestable crops and flora are mostly just double the res of the Vanilla ones. There's also a medium resolution version which is mostly 1024x1024, and is comparable to Vanilla Oblivion in terms of performance. And, just to be really fickle, there's even a Low / Vanilla Res version which is mostly 512x512.

The regions are styled as follows:

Gold Coast: Pseudo-Australian Outback.

Colovian Highlands: Typical Moorland frippery.

West Weald: Bright green, lots of blossoms. Spring / mating season galore.

Great Forest: Darker and more dense, lush, and a hot spot for wayward schoolgirls.

The Orange Road: Bluebells, pine trees, blue-flowering questionable hybrid shrubs and no smoking permitted.

The Heartlands: Bright green grass, wheat grass, Ginkgo-ish trees, relatively pollution-free.

Jerall Mountains: Snow-blindness-inducing whiteness, over-saturated hits of blue and aqua, frozen branches, and some not-too-shabby butch Nord women.

Valus Mountains: Same as JM, but with greener pines.
