Integrates the Spire of Eternity into the Ayleid Steps network.
This is a patch that ties together the two mods Spire of Eternity and The Ayleid Steps. The Spire of Eternity is now 'lost' - access to it is only possible using Ayleid stepstones. Within the spire is an additional sub-network of stepstones, making it easy to revisit the island in the middle. The sub-network is deactivated to begin with and can be activated by pressing a switch in the reactor room.
