📋 About This Mod
LoRises Cyrodiil Complete V 1. 0 A complete retexturing of Oblivion For low to middle range video cards Part 3 What this Mod does is retextures about 90% everything in Oblivion vanilla with a new small texture that looks like the LARGE texture size in the game. Otherwise, you get the eye candy with out the large texture burden. This Mod is designed for video cards with memory between 128 and 256 using small and medium texture sizes. This Mod is not recommended for high-end rigs. Part 3 Ok this is the part of this mod that really starts to shine and show how much of a world change is going on. Architecture this will probably be in at least 2 parts. I’m going to release this Mod in 4 to 6 parts, this is part 3 What textures part 3 contains: Anvil ---------------------- Cemetery ------------- Lower class --- Tents Basement sections ---- Daedric statues ----- Ships Castle ------------------- Door stone ----------- Sidewalk Castle interior ---------- Farmhouse ----------- Statue Cathedral --------------- God statues ---------- Stonewall This mod will over right any other mod that has modified these files. Ideally this mod ( all 4 to 6 parts) should be installed before anything else. This Mod is designed to run with the SMALL texture size but you can get a little better texture quality with the game set to Medium texture size at the cost of performance of course depending on your Rig. You won’t get much of an advantage with a High texture setting. Make sure you update your Archive Invalidation before playing the game
LoRises Cyrodiil Complete Part 3 is a comprehensive retexture mod for Oblivion, covering about 90% of vanilla textures with smaller files that mimic the look of larger ones. Designed for low to mid-range video cards, it aims to improve performance while maintaining visual quality. With 142 endorsements and 7,934 downloads, it's a niche but popular choice for older hardware.
✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Performance-friendly: smaller textures mean less VRAM usage, great for older GPUs
- Wide coverage: hits about 90% of the game's visuals, so you get a consistent look
- Community trust: 142 endorsements and 7,934 downloads show it's been tried and tested
⚠️ Cons
- Aged mod: last updated in 2008, so it may not be compatible with modern Oblivion patches or mods
- Visual compromise: smaller textures can look blurry or soft compared to high-res retextures
- Part 3 only: you'll need to find and install Parts 1 and 2 for the full experience
For Oblivion players with low to mid-range PCs who want a visual upgrade without tanking performance. Also for modders who prefer a cohesive, performance-friendly texture overhaul. Skip if you have a powerful rig and want crisp 4K textures.
