Loot Menu - NorthernUI 1.3 - Link Plus Plus - Compatibility ini

Updated to use `LINK Plus Plus`.

Description:

When using, `LINK 1. 4` or `LINK Plus Plus`, with `Loot Menu - Northern UI 1. 3`, there was an error, there are a lot of people affected by this as is shown in the posts, and the posts indicated it was possible to update the ini. After investigation, it is because The `lootmenu.ini` in the new updated `Loot Menu` is different to the outdated `lootmenu.ini` for `Loot Menu - Northern UI`, so I used KIMI to transfer the values from  `lootmenu.ini` for `Loot Menu - Northern UI` ini into `lootmenu.ini` for `Loot Menu`, and retain the other new keys found, therefore, we now have the fixed `Loot Menu - Northern UI` ini, and I verified it worked.

Instruction (Vortex):

1) Just install like regular mod, but ensure it comes after both, `loot menu` and  `loot menu - northern UI` (which should be after `loot menu`), in the load order.

Instruction (Manual):

1) Copy only the ini directly into the data dir, and over-write.

-  I made this "Very Quick/Rough Fix", to ensure proper continuation of my mod collection I am building.

- There is some minor issue, that is putting 1-2 icons in the top-left of the screen. This is presumed to be because `Loot Menu - Northern UI` has missing icons present in new release of `lootmenu`.

- As and when the main is fixed `loot menu - northern UI`, I will likely hide/repurpose this mod, depending upon configuration of keys used in updated ini for `Loot Menu - Northern UI`.
