Also, you won\'t be able to carry too much extra (apart from what was left in your person) without the backpack. Some items (e.g. Quest, special mod tokens) are not dropped with the backpack. 1 Torch and 1 Lockpick will always be on your person. You can loot your backpack like a container. When lost, backpacks can be bought from merchants. You can only have 1 backpack at a time.
