Reduced Textures - Reduced textures size of normal, highlight, and height map to 1028. For less beefy computers. Diffuse are still 2048.
Mesh Improvements - Contains improvements of vanilla meshes.
ver 2: replace mesh of mohawk, and sticktwist.
ver 1a: replace mesh of redguard coil with higher resolution mesh. reduce shininess of textures. Uses 2048x textures.
ver1 alternate : reduce texture size of normal map and highlight map to 1028x instead of 2048x for less beefy computers

Uses ESRGAN (Enhanced Super-Resolution Generative Adversarial Networks) to quadruple vanilla hair textures. Absolutely overkill.
ESRGAN is deep neural networks that uses a model data set of images to generate "super resolution" of a lower resolution images.
Computer saw many low resolution versions of images. Computer saw many original uncompressed versions of the same images. Computer, using these data sets, knows how to upscale low resolution images. Basically monkey see, monkey do.
Install: extract textures to data folder.
Uninstall: delete #/oblivion/data/textures/characters/hair folder.
As always you're better off using Wyre Bash, but this is the bottom tier of replacers, it doesn't even have a plugin.
