adds a player owned lake with a house in it
adds a underground lake in the IC Waterfront near the graveyard using the underpal cave reflection chamber i removed the undead and fish in the copyed cell. every thing in the underground lake is player owned feel free to add more stuff to the lot since its farly bare. update 001 Lolabunny said there was an ennemy in there so i fix it i deleated that last ennemy and added a long shot target in the middle of the lake
