You can fast travel to the hole. The home has some stock Oblivion items and some non-stock items from modders\' resources. All non-stock items have unique names and file paths, so compatibility should not be a problem. This house does not conflict with any current Unique Landscapes, nor with Better Cities. Details ======= I have based this, my first abode, on New Hobbit Hole by Matson666. I have tried to contact Matson666 to gain permission to release this, but have been unsuccessful. Should the original author object, I will, of course, remove this mod. The original mod was, in my opinion, very poorly placed in Anvil Bay. It also had Master level alchemy equipment and enchanting pedestal. These have been removed, since Hobbits are generally magically inept. In place, the home is now based on good food and drink, with tobacco growing outside. I strongly recommend the Smoking Pipe Mod to go with this abode, and my CM Partner Frodo. This mod has been released early, to gauge if there is any interest in it. Please note this mod does NOT abide strictly to Hobbit law -- it is a FUN mod, created to complement my Frodo partner/player mod. For anybody that uses \'See You Sleep\', there is a patch by HavenofDarkness available so you can see your character sleep in his/her Hobbit bed. Install ======= Copy the Hobbit Hole Revamped.bsa and the Hobbit Hole Revamped.esp files to your ..\\Oblivion\\Data\\ folder. Make sure you activate the esp file in Oblivion Launcher, or OBMM. Uninstall ========= Delete the Hobbit Hole Revamped.bsa and Hobbit Hole Revamped.esp from your ..\\Oblivion\\Data\\ folder. Incompatibility =============== None known.
