Set the vanilla maximum difficulty higher.
I just modified the "fdifficultymaxvalue" value.
There are two esp files. Choose one of them.
YJsHigherDifficulty_x3.esp: Set the vanilla maximum difficulty higher 3 times.
YJsHigherDifficulty_x6.esp: Set the vanilla maximum difficulty higher 6 times.
I think YJsHigherDifficulty_x6.esp makes savage troll's HP about 5000~7000 when My character level is 14.
After you apply this mod, you should set the difficulty which has been reset to maximum in game.
