Description

The worst part about playing an alchemical-inclined character is the constant need to survey your surroundings for ingredients. This mod adds a streamlined and vanilla friendly alternative to other auto-harvest mods.

With this mod installed, waiting whilst having a Scythe or Hand Scythe in your inventory will automatically harvest all ingredients in a nearby radius. This extends approximately 100 ft, so should cover most of the ingredients in your current visual range when outdoors. The harvest chance of each ingredient is taken into account, just as if you had activated it manually. It also works in interiors and dungeons—combine with my Dungeon Surprise Attacks mod for some added jeopardy!

Basically, this simulates your character spending an hour or so surveying their surroundings for ingredients.

Want to harvest your entire garden in Frostcrag Spire? Simply have your character spend an hour doing it off-screen.

Owned ingredients are ignored to prevent any accidental kleptomania. Nirnroots will also not be auto-harvested, so that the 'treasure-hunt' nature of the Seeking Your Roots quest is preserved.

Installation

Standard installation procedure: add the file to your data folder and check in the game launcher or your mod manager of choice.

Uninstallation

This mod can be uninstalled at any time and will have no permanent effects on your game.

Compatibility

This mod consists of a single script, and will be compatible with everything.
