📋 About This Mod
Adaptive OBSE runtime plugin.
I’d like to offer my sincere apologies to the community… I got carried away by the possibility of creating an OBSE mod... I was completely irresponsible in creating the mod, I still didn’t understand the seriousness of the issues involved in not providing the mod’s source code, let alone checking parts of the script to see if they work or not and whether they could cause major problems for the game and, consequently, for the players... even though I’ve already spoken to DaggerfallTeam privately, I’d like to offer my sincere apologies to him again here for the inconvenience caused... lack of information and misunderstanding. He even gave me some important tips on this script, even though he was busy with his own projects. I’ll make the source code available. Please let me know if you find any errors.

Introduction
This plugin is designed to improve runtime stability, compatibility, and long-session behavior of Oblivion on modern Windows systems without modifying gameplay, quests, graphics, or game mechanics. Instead of altering the game itself, the plugin focuses on how Oblivion interacts with:
Windows runtime services;
process scheduling behavior;
I/O scheduling policies;
timer resolution management;
Windows heap behavior;
modern rendering wrappers;
modern engine fixes;
modern modding environments.
The plugin works as a lightweight runtime compatibility and maintenance layer between the game and the operating system.
During startup, it automatically detects installed mods and rendering systems, then adjusts its behavior to reduce conflicts and avoid unnecessary runtime interference with modern fixes such as:
EngineBugFixes;
AveSithisEngineFixes;
BA_EngineFixes;
Display Tweaks;
MoreHeap;
