Spell where 1-24 hours can be waited in a second or so.
Having had this lying around for years I noticed a post requesting it.
I use it to get on with testing my mods weather across Day, Night, Sunrise and Sunset settings.
CAVEAT: can cause NPC AI Package fallout. QuickSave/QuickLoad can fix that.

]Calm: for the Illusion icon.[]240 seconds: arbitrary, plenty of time to make a selection.
[]Enemy Nearby: spell cancels out to prevent other issues.
NOTE: the 240 seconds gets cancelled (dispelled) straight after.
