Expensive Shop

Adds a Expensive shop in the waterfront district close to the tombstones, behind the wall south to The Bloated Float, that sells expensive or rare usable items like arrows, scrolls and ingredientes, also adds new expensive scrolls with powerful magic and tomes with permanent abilities.

The pourpuse of this mod is to make money usefull even from the start of the game so you don't end with piles of money, instead spend it on usefull ammo and scrolls, personally i never used the rare items because that meant i will never have them again, this makes them more usable, also to make it easier to obtain some items that are limited or appear just once in the game.
