There is an old saying: Clothes Maketh The Man. It is time for the menfolk of Cyrodiil to get a fashion makeover. I first encountered KafeiDotour's Elegant Vests in a compilation mod which I ultimately ended up uninstalling. After getting hold of Ratchild's version of Elegant Vests, I decided that it would make the perfect complement to all the mods I've made which dynamically add clothing to female NPCs across Cyrodiil.

Tools used: Construction Set, File Exlorer, Notepad.

If you are satisfied with the existing Elegant Vests mod, this mod is unnecessary. The primary goal of this mod is to add the clothing to male NPCs in complement to other mods I have created and am currently using. If you disagree with some of the fashion choices I have made, you are welcome to revise the script to your satisfaction.
